Our Virtual Mailbox Plan includes all the basics of a virtual mailbox. You will be able to see images of all the mail you receive and then decide how you want us to handle the mail. It also includes a listing on the Blue House Wellness directory website where clients can learn more about your services. Fill Out Required Forms
The United States Post Office requires that you fill out a form consenting to have your mail received by an agent (Blue House Wellness). You will receive a link to the form to fill out and get notarized, you’ll only have to do this once! You’ll also receive a link to e-sign a BAA so that we can process any mail that might contain PHI.
Tell Us What To Do
Once you are set up, you’ll be able to view all of your mail virtually. You then can tell us to shred the mail, forward it to you, open it and scan it, or hold it for you to come pick up. If it is mail that contains PHI, we’ll scan it into a separate, HIPAA-compliant folder for you to view.
