Anne's picks for Private Practice tools:
Tools To Run Your Practice
Electronic Health Record
I use PracticeQ (IntakeQ) as my EHR to manage my group private practice. It can be a lot of work to set up but they have great flexibility in how you manage your practice with responsive support! Sign up here for their free trial.
Nothing really beats Zoom (make sure you get the healthcare version which is HIPAA compliant) for video meetings. It integrates with PracticeQ and then I can also use it for other things.
Google Workspace (which I use for email) also has Meet which, if you pay for the HIPAA compliant version of Google Workspace, you can use for telehealth.
I use IVY Pay to collect credit card payments. It is developed by therapists and is HIPAA compliant. Click here to get your first $1000 in transactions fee free.
I use American Express Blue Business Cash card. They had a great sign on bonus that helped me build my business, interest free for a year and the cash back is really great. You can use this link for up to $500 Cash back.
