The process: Once this form is submitted, a member of of the Blue House Wellness team will review your submission and respond within one business day with project approval and/or answers to any questions. An invoice will be included with your project approval.
Once the invoice is paid, your next steps will vary based on the service selected:
Website Design Services:
1. You will receive a form to fill out with your design brief. You will be able to select the template, describe how you would like the template customized, and attach your brand design assets (logo, colors, fonts, photos, etc.).
2. Once the brief is submitted, your project will be placed in our project queue and you will be provided an estimated timeline for when the project will be submitted to the designers. You can request a timeline estimate before your purchase, but a spot will not be held, so it is encouraged to submit the design brief as quickly as possible.
3. Once a project spot is open, a member of the Blue House team will share your project brief with our designers, who will customize the selected template. Once a draft has been completed, we will share it with you for approval or further changes. Edit rounds are unlimited, but design AND development services (if needed) must be completed within 30 days or your project will be placed back in the queue. The 30 days starts once your project has been picked up by a designer. The designers work quickly, but keep regular business hours and do not work on holidays and weekends. Prompt response to draft revisions is encouraged.
4. Once edits are complete, your project will immediately be moved to the development phase. If you are not ready to move to the development phase, your project will be placed back in the queue. If you did not select to utilize our web development services, you will receive static and editable versions of the designs and the process is complete.
Web Development Services
1. If you utilized our design services, your project will immediately move to the development phase once the design is complete. If you chose web development services only, after payment is received, your project will be placed in our project queue and you will be provided an estimated timeline for when the project will be submitted to the developers. You can request a timeline estimate before your purchase, but a spot will not be held, so you are encouraged to be available for the next steps whenever a spot opens up. You must have secured a domain and hosting before developers are able to begin work on your site. If you need help with this, feel free to reach out to info@bluehousewellness.com.
2. In the development phase, you will work directly with the developers to create your website. You will be given a “seat” in our design portal and assigned your project. You will have until the end of your 30 days to complete the project, or you will be placed back into the queue until another spot opens up. The developers work fast, but prompt response to questions is critical.
